Pad Print – A versatile technique that uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto products. It is ideal for printing on curved or irregular surfaces, making it popular for pens, keyrings, stress items, and small promotional products. Best suited for 1 solid colours with sharp detail.
Screen Print (Flat & Rotary) – One of the most common decoration methods, screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh stencil to create bold, vibrant designs. Flat screen print is perfect for bags, apparel, and flat products, while rotary screen print works on cylindrical shapes like bottles, cups, and mugs. Excellent for large, solid logos and cost-effective for bulk orders.
Digital UV Print (Flat & Rotary) – A modern full-colour process that uses UV light to cure ink directly onto the product surface. It can reproduce gradients, fine detail, and even photographic images. Flat UV print suits items like notebooks or phone cases, while rotary UV print enables 360° coverage on bottles or drinkware. Great for high-impact branding with no colour limitations.
Textile Screen Printing – A printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed
Direct Heat Transfer – A method where full-colour designs are first printed on a special film and then transferred to products using heat and pressure. It allows for detailed, edge-to-edge printing with smooth finishes. Often used on fabric items, sportswear, and products where multicolour or gradient logos are required.
Debossing – Creates a premium look by pressing a custom metal die into materials like leather, PU, or cardboard, leaving an indented impression of your logo. This subtle yet elegant technique is long-lasting and often chosen for notebooks, diaries, and premium gift packaging.
Embroidery – A classic decoration method where your logo is stitched directly into fabric with coloured threads. It adds a textured, durable, and professional finish. Embroidery works best on apparel, uniforms, caps, towels, and other textile items. It conveys quality and lasts through repeated washing.
Laser Engraving – A precise, permanent marking technique that uses a laser beam to etch designs into the surface of materials such as metal, glass, wood, or leather. The result is a sharp, high-end finish that will not wear off. Commonly used for pens, drinkware, metal keyrings, and corporate gifts.
Sublimation – A process that uses heat and pressure to turn solid dye into gas, bonding it with polyester fabric or specially coated surfaces. It produces vivid, full-colour designs that are permanent and resistant to fading. Ideal for apparel, mugs, mouse pads, and items requiring photo-quality prints.
Digital Crystal Label – A modern branding solution where UV digital printing is applied to a transparent adhesive film with a raised, glossy finish. The label is then applied to products, giving a “3D crystal” effect. This method is durable, scratch-resistant, and perfect for items that need a premium, eye-catching appearance.
